I have been repairing and restoring my own pens for over 20 years, and have been the official vintage pen repairperson for Bertram’s Inkwell in Baltimore for the past sixteen (16) years as well as the owner and operator of “Fountain Pen Hospital of Baltimore”.

I pride myself on doing quality work at a fair price, and I put as much care and effort into my clients' pens as I would my own.  Prices below do not include shipping.

The Original Fountain Pen Hospital in Baltimore.

Yes, believe it or not, there was a Fountain Pen Hospital on Franklin Street in Baltimore in the 40’s and 50’s run by Edward Jenkins. Mr. Jenkins repaired pens in his lower level shop as well as turning out large hard rubber safety pens that he sold to artists. He had nibs made with his name on them and they frequently turn up on pens that I've purchased in the Baltimore area. When he died, his pens/parts went to Fahrneys.
